Crate Stacking
Stack high, balance bravely, and embrace the fall.
Service Description
Crate Stacking is one of CRAI Activity Park’s most thrilling team challenges, combining balance, strategy, and teamwork. Participants work together to build a tower out of crates while standing on top, climbing higher with each successful addition. The goal? Build the tallest tower possible before it all comes tumbling down! Supervised by trained instructors with all safety equipment provided, crate stacking is suitable for all abilities and designed to encourage communication, problem-solving, and mutual support. Climbers must trust their team on the ground, who pass up crates and keep the tower steady as it rises. Whether it’s reaching new heights or overcoming a fear of falling, this activity pushes participants out of their comfort zones in a safe, controlled environment. Crate stacking is particularly popular with scouts, youth groups, and schools, but it also makes for a fun and memorable team-building exercise for clubs and corporate groups. It’s the perfect way to develop confidence, leadership skills, and resilience — all while having plenty of laughs when the tower eventually topples. Sessions can be booked as short tasters or longer challenges, making it an excellent addition to a full adventure programme at CRAI. Every experience is unique, as no two towers ever rise in quite the same way. Important: All climbing and crate stacking sessions must be supervised by a qualified instructor. Groups can provide their own instructor or request support when booking (additional costs may apply). Please choose your activity length and correct pricing band honestly. You may be asked to provide proof of your community group. Failure to do so could result in additional charges. • CRAI – CRAI Scout Groups within CRAI District. • Scout & Guides Groups – Scouts, Guides, and Non-Profit Youth Organisations. • All Other Groups – General bookings for Schools, clubs, corporate teams, and the public.
