Our Story
Nestled in the heart of South Wales, CRAI Activity Park is more than just an activity centre – it’s a place where communities come together, adventures are discovered, and memories are made.
Built on the foundations of a community-led scouting space, the park has grown into a vibrant hub for outdoor exploration, camping, and team-building. From its earliest days, CRAI has been about igniting a spirit of adventure and giving people of all ages the chance to learn, laugh, and challenge themselves in the great outdoors.

ENVIRONMENT
Protecting our woodland, fields, and wildlife through eco-friendly facilities and responsible activity management.

EDUCATION
Designing activities that build confidence, resilience, and problem-solving skills while making learning fun.

ACCESSIBILITY
Improving access and flexibility so everyone has the chance to join in the adventure.

COMMUNITY
Reinvesting back into local groups, schools, and projects – CRAI is for everyone, by everyone.
Our Mission & Commitments
At CRAI Activity Park, our mission is simple: to connect people with nature, adventure, and each other. We believe the outdoors should be welcoming to everyone – whether you’re here for a Scout camping trip, a corporate away day, or a school residential. Our team works hard to ensure every visitor feels supported, safe, and inspired. We’re guided by a set of core scouting values that shape everything we do:
